We – Benjamin and Martin – are renting out a room in our three-room flatshare located at Frederiksberg C. We are a PhD student in sociology and a journalist respectively and prefer a roommate about our age, approximately 28-35 years old. The room is about 10 m2. It has natural light in the afternoon, a spacious in-built closet, a toilet and a view of the sunset. The room has a constructed bed which provides extra storage and comfort, though it can easily be removed – up to you. The rent is around 3-3.500, which includes internet, electricity, heat and so forth. The kitchen is spacious and cosy, we have a bathtub, share a balcony and there is free laundry in the basement. We use this space to recharge and occasionally get together to watch shows and in general chill and laugh a lot. It’s always a welcoming space but it’s just to say that we do cherish our privacy.

The rental period is from 1st of September – though it is possible to move in mid August – until 1st of March 2021 with a possibility to prolong. It is possible to get a CPR if you’re a foreigner.
