Hi! We are two friends Ivana and Robert renting the third bedroom in our 5 room apartment/town house located just next to Bella Center Hotel, golf course, Amager Fælled and Kalvebod Fælled.

Room is rented unfurnished or furnished (previous tenants are selling their furniture) for 5700 (single person) or 7000dkk (couple), without utilities (utilities shouldn\'t be more than 700 dkk per person - Heating, Water, Electricity, TV, Internet)

Move in date: possible from 1 August, 2020
Renting period: long-term (at least one year)
Smoking: outside
Pets are not allowed.

We hope you\'re a person in mid 20’s or early 30’s, responsible, clean and tidy who is up for occasional hangouts, maybe some trips, etc., but also respects private time when needed.

About apartment:
It\'s a town house with \'terrace\' on each side, kitchen with eating area and one bathroom on ground floor, on the first floor there\'s one room and a living room, and on second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one that we are renting, 12m2 ) and second bathroom. There is washing machine, dryer, dishwashing machine, fridge, and cooking element/oven.
Shared areas are partly furnished, eating area has table and 4 chairs, living room with big sofa, TV, and small table so if you have any of your furniture we can work something out!

Transportation and surrounding area:
There is Metro St. (Bella Center) 3 min. away from the house. With metro you\'re in 5 min. at Islands Brygge St. and 12 in the down town (Norreport St.). As bicycle lanes are everywhere with a bicycle you\'re at Hovedbanegård (Central Station: train, S-tog, busses) in 15 min. The same time will take you if you want to go across the bridge to Sydhavnen St. Going in opposite direction you\'ll reach the airport with Metro in 18 min.

We have Rema 1000, Netto, Fields Shopping Center and few restaurants really close.
